From looking at some of these reviews…

From looking at some of these reviews I'm not sure we all stayed kn the same place! My family and I had a fantastic time. We would go back for sure.

We did the Santa sleepover recently

We did the Santa sleepover recently. Forget the terrible heating in the room, old carpet smell, and the poor quality breakfast, the staff work extremely hard to make your experience magical! Sasha gave the kids the most exciting warmest welcome into the park, the elves were amazing, and Santa was brilliant! Thank you so much for making our first family trip to chessington world of adventures a memorable one. ???

Pleasantly surprised!

We visited Chessington in Monday and Tuesday during half term. I was not looking forward to it but was pleasantly surprised. The park was not at all crowded and most ride queues were about half the time they said (apart from Dragon’s Fury). We waited no more than 30 minutes for any other rides. The queues were socially distanced with staff reminding people over tannoys to stay on the marked lines. Vampire Burger was well run and staff were cleaning tables in between use. The Pizza and Pasta restaurant was extremely well run with plenty of staff and the new Covid safe system worked incredibly well. Staff were cleaning tables and chairs in between use. In general, the toilets in the park were clean and regularly monitored. The Sea Life centre had staff on the door to control numbers entering the building. I don’t think Chessington could have done anything better. The only time I felt social distancing was a problem was when generally walking around the park but this wasn’t Chessington’s fault, it was the visitors lack of common sense. There were plenty of hand sanitiser dispensers around the park and staff were enforcing mandatory face mask rules in queues and on rides where necessary. Overall, I was really impressed with our visit and we had a great time.

Great time here!

Overall I had a great experience when I went to Chessington! The queues were short and the staff were friendly. Top tip! Go on a weekday as the queues are shorter and tickets are cheaper! Don't let bad weather put you off. Don't do the hanging game as it is a rip-off, but the donuts are delicious and GREAT value for money!

So much fun in Thorpe Park

Nah it was amazing I ran over a cat on the way there but the car is fine so don't worry. The weed guy frank is sick it was like £2 a gram and these transgender guys were like getting beaten up I would defo go again to Legoland again. 9 triangles out of 10. P.S I would go to Peppa Pig World but there is like some restraining order thing so I came here instead.

Great time ??

Just come back home from our 1 night stay at Chessington. After reading the reviews the night before I was quite worried. Turns out I wasn’t to worry as our stay/ visit was very good! The park has tried their best to keep to social distancing rules but a lot of it is down to the visitors and their common sense.. which there isn’t a lot of! Hotel was great, limited menu but ok for us. Breakfast made up for it! Only downside to our visit is a lot of the drinks machines were either broken or sold out! So in the 38 degree heat wasn’t ideal but nothing’s perfect is it?

It won't be exactly the same but you'll have a good time

Really good effort made to lift service levels since receiving negative feedback. If you get there early, you can avoid the queues - we were in and out 9-2. We are lucky as we only live close so not an issue but I get it if you are driving a long way you probably want longer there. Arrive. Get to the Gruffalo ride if you have young kids (They let you into the park pre 10am just nothing is open yet) and then work your way back. Longest queue for us was 10 mins. Bring your own food to avoid the crowds and costs and enjoy it, because when all said and done, despite wearing a mask on some rides, it's quite normal really. At 2pm it was getting a wee bit busy and it felt like the right time to leave. We have a young baby and a toddler and they were both pretty tired.

Amazing day out ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Myself and husband and three kids went the other day. We had a lovely day even though it was raining. It was just so good to get out and do something with the family after months of being confined indoors. The Zoo has done a amazing job with all the safety precautions during this current Covid 19 situation. Yes your temp has to be took and yes there is markings and hand sanatisers everywhere and a queuing system for the Lions and Gorillas, that reality now where ever you go. We saw a variety of animals.Made our own lunch as i thought food outlets would be shut but was shocked more then one was open, this was perfect as i really needed a hot drink. I didn't think the prices was all that bad for 10 doughnuts and a Americano.Really annoys me that people like to moan about the amount of animals out to view or animals sitting in areas out of view.Even safaris you not guaranteed to see all animals. These animals are not performers!! Myself and family had a good day and would could back to support our local zoo. This zoo park is doing its upmost best in this current situation.
